While Perfume Oil can be 30% of the ingredient content in pure Parfum, Eau de Cologne can have as low as 5% perfume oil.  The more concentrated the oil, the stronger the scent which will last longer. Perfume oils can be so expensive which may be why you pay a lot more for a bottle of Eau de Parfum!
